Interval is a 27 year-old company. We are exporting 2800 T of specialty cheeses and butters all over the world. Shipments are generally made to North America (50% of our activity) EEC (35%) and Japan but also directly or indirectly to more than 50 countries. We are the Export structure of 12 French dairies specialized in High Quality local Cheeses. Their philosophy is to promote quality before quantity.
