Agour is a family business in the heart of Basque region, west part of Pyrenees Mountains and near Spanish borders.

Specialist for Pyrenees sheep (A.O.C. Ossau Iraty) cow and goat milk cheeses, this company preserves and develops local tradition with long maturing, raw milk fabrication, by collecting exclusively sheep milk from local species (Manech red or black head), and by developing natural rinds, sometimes washed with A.O.C. Red Espelette Pepper.
