Located in Poligny the « Capital of the French Gruyere and Comté », the company gathers Rivoire-Jacquemin (the oldes Comté affineur) and Fromageries Arnaud with their famous mountain cheeses ripening caves: the Fort des Rousses, built by Napoleon more than 200 years ago.

Over the years, they have built a solid reputation regarding their production of Comté A.O.C. (20% of the whole Comté production), Morbier du Haut-Jura A.O.C. and Mont d'Or A.O.C.
