It's winter time, it's cold outside. Let's enjoy a specialty from Franche-Comté : the Morbiflette.

Serve : 6
Ingredients : 500 g/17.6 oz of Morbier A.O.C., 3 big onions, 2,5 kg/5.5 lbs of potatoes, 300 g/10.5 oz of smoked lardoons, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
Preparation : Steam the potatoes, peel them and dice them. Stir the lardoons and the shredded onions till they get brown, add the potatoes and stir everything in a pan. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the Morbier cut into slices at the last time. Serve the Morbiflette as soon as the Morbier is melted.
